SHIPPING & RETURNS

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Phoebe Roe, Beverly Hills. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping & Return Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

We have the following shipping options available in the U.S.

Economy - Delivery in 5 to 8 Business Days via UPS or DHL eCommerce
Ground - Delivery in 4 to 6 Business Days via UPS
Express - Order by Noon ET. Delivery in 2 to 3 Business Days via UPS
Priority - Order by Noon ET. Delivery in 1 to 2 Business Days via UPS

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing on all orders. If shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address, you must select Economy.

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Phoebe Roe, Beverly Hills ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

 

Phoebe Roe, Beverly Hills is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are pleased with your Phoebe Roe products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange item(s) within 10 days of purchase. Please ensure to return your item(s) with packing slip or go to your account history and print out the order, along with the original packaging, if possible. PLEASE ensure your packaging is secured correctly prior to shipping for return.  Please NOTE: There is a $10 return charge that will be deducted from your refund.  Refunds in the form of the original payment may take up to 7-10 days to be credited back to your account.

We suggest you inspect your items carefully upon arrival to report if any significant damage has occurred during the shipping and delivery process. Note: it is normal for the shipping cartons/containers to show some wear; however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at customersupport@phoeberoe.com

Phoebe Roe reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in like-new condition. If the package was damaged during the transition, please contact USPS and file a claim to be reimbursed for damaged goods.  FILE A CLAIM HERE 

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Certain items designated as ‘sale’ or discontinued are not returnable.

To ensure that Phoebe Roe customers have a positive shopping experience, we may restrict or refuse future transactions at Phoeberoe.com for individuals that have been identified as having an unreasonable and continued return pattern. Sales to individuals who place corporate orders, resellers, and bulk purchasers are final. No exchange or return exceptions will be granted.
